[ANNOUNCEMENT] REFERRAL COMMISSION APPLIED FOR NEW EMPLOYEES

SHC Industrial Products Co., Ltd. announces its "Referral Commission for New Workers" policy.
– Application period:  From March 9, 2026 to May 8, 2026.
– Applicable subjects: This applies to all employees and to all positions currently being recruited for as workers.
– Conditions for commission payment and applicable commission rates: "WORKERS WHO HAVE NEVER WORKED AT SHC BEFORE”

• If the person referred works for a full three months, the referrer receives 300,000 VND.
• If the person referred works for a full four months, the referrer receives an additional 300,000 VND.
•  If the person referred works for a full 5 months, the referrer will receive an additional 400,000 VND.

The total commission is 1,000,000 VND.
– Commission payment schedule: Commissions will be paid as part of the company's payroll.

* Request: 

– Fill out the letter of introduction form. at the Human Resources Department
– The person being referred must Complete the required number of months as per the commission payment conditions mentioned above; in case of resignation due to insufficient working months for the Company (for any reason), referrer They will not receive the commission as stipulated.
