THE UNION CONGRESS OF SHC INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS COMPANY LIMITED FOR THE TERM 2025 - 2030 WAS A GREAT SUCCESS.
November 12, 2025, SHC Industrial Products Co., Ltd. (Lot 71B1, 71B2 Long Giang Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc 3 Commune, Dong Thap Province, Vietnam) solemnly held Grassroots Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term in a democratic, united and exciting atmosphere.
The congress was honored to welcome representatives Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation – Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan (Head of Industrial Parks Department, Dong Thap Economic Zone). Board of Directors - Mr. Vo Thanh Nhon (Deputy General Director of SHC Industrial Products Company Limited), with the presence of 30 delegates who are members of the Trade Union of SHC Industrial Products Company Limited attending.

During the past term, SHC Company's Trade Union has continuously strived to innovate its activities, achieving many remarkable results:
- Play a good role care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.

On the direction of the new term [2025–2030], The congress set out key objectives:
- Continue to innovate the content and methods of trade union activities, promote democracy and internal solidarity.
- Building a team of workers and employees solid in expertise - strong in will - creative in work.
- Accompany the Board of Directors in Building a professional, friendly and sustainable working environment.
- Take better care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
