社会责任政策 SA8000:2014
SA8000 covers all major issues related to workers' rights as contained in the International Labour Organization (ILO) Convention, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. It also acknowledges the importance of compliance with national, applicable laws and other requirements agreed upon by the company.

This standard is widely recognized by labor unions, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) as one of the best standards for working conditions. Organizations that have recognized SA8000 include the U.S. Department of State, the European Commission, and Amnesty International. The standard includes:

- CHILD LABOR: No workers under the age of 15 are allowed to work; the minimum age for countries implementing ILO Convention 138 is 14, except for developing countries, and corrective action must be taken when any cases of child labor are discovered. 童工: 不允许使用 15 岁以下的工人。根据 ILO 第 138 号公约的最低年龄要求是14,除了正在发展中的国家,发现任何童工情况时需采取补救措施。

- FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION AND THE RIGHT TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING: Workers have the right to form and join trade unions and engage in collective bargaining at their own discretion. 结社自由与集体谈判权: 劳动者有权根据自己的选择成立和加入工会,并进行集体谈判。

- WORKING HOURS: In compliance with applicable laws and industry standards regarding working hours, normal working hours shall not exceed 48 hours per week, and at least one day off for employees must be arranged for every seven working days. Overtime hours (more than 48 hours per week) shall not exceed 12 hours per person per week, except in exceptional circumstances and short-term special business situations, and overtime work shall always receive appropriate compensation. 工作时间: 遵守适用法律和行业标准,不得超出 48小时/周的正常工作时间。每七天至少安排一天休息,并且加班时间(超过 48小时/周)不得超过 12 小时/人/周,除非特殊情况,并且加班必须支付适当的报酬。
